We Are The Small Group Personal Training Specialists!



We currently run '5' Small Group Personal training sessions a week. If you choose to train this way you'll be rewarded with great savings, allowing you to train a couple of sessions per week.

Numbers are capped at 4(5 during daylight savings) & an appropriate exercise prescription will be allocated to you even though your training with other people. These sessions are immensely popular so bookings(taken a week in advance) are essential to secure a place.

 

 

We can provide expert advice and personal training and guide you towards improving your health & fitness. We cater to any fitness level regardless of physical condition or age by designing a training program to help you reach & exceed your goals.
