Community Group Fitness


Sessions are ran as an inclusive general fitness class. Class numbers are 5-15.

Fitness classes are ran circuit style & boxing classes are a combination of cardio

volume boxing, body-weight, resistance equipment & core exercises. 

Melton City Council Group Fitness Classes

We currently are involved with various fitness class contracts in & around Melton & it's suburbs.

Caroline Springs

Group Fitness Class

Time: 10.00am-11am

When: Monday and Thursday

Where: Caroline Springs Leisure Centre

These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels.


Diggers Rest

Gentle Exercise

Time: 2.30pm-3.30pm

When: Monday

Where: Diggers Rest Children & Community Centre

These 'Gentle Exercise' classes are a great way to get back into exercise. We focus on on mobility, stretching & rehabilitation based training.


Diggers Rest

Fitness for Everyone

Time: 7pm-8pm

When: Wednesday

Where: Diggers Rest Children & Community Centre

These sessions are inclusive fitness classes for any fitness level. We cover various exercise methods of cardio & resistance training. 16 years & over.
