We're fully qualified to train both pre & post natal exercise. If your looking to maintain your fitness during your pregnancy or get back into shape after baby is born, we can definitaley help you there. Our trainer Samantha has had multiple Caesarian Sections & now competes in both Duathlons & Triathlons, so opportunities abound after delivery!

 

Outdoor Group Personal Training Sessions Cairnlea

These organized outdoor group sessions will get those calories burning & leave you feeling fitter & stronger. Group sizes are no more than 20, this allows our trainer to give their full attention to you, providing you with a full body work-out. Challenging drills, cardio-boxing & body weight training are just some of the activities we incorporate during a training session.
