I have been training for more than 30 years and believe in leading by example. By following a regular training program which includes eating well, participating in Fun Runs/Walks, Powerlifting, Cycling, both Triathlon & Duathlons, Conditioning Programs it helps me to maintain a balanced healthy lifestyle. I've also have & still do use a Personal Trainer/Coach myself-they are vital for my training & keep me focused & deliver positive reinforcement when I need it.
