I have been training for more than 30 years and believe in leading by example. Following a regular training program which includes Powerlifting, Cycling, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga & a well balanced diet I am able to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have & still do use a Personal Trainer/Coach myself-they are vital for my training. teaching me correct exercise technique, motivating me to reach my goals, delivering positive reinforcement & feedback when I need it. I've had 4 children, all through Caesarean Section, so I can relate to the difficulties of looking after yourself & working on your health & wellness whilst recovering from surgery & being a mum.
