Training 1 on 1 allows us to deliver a fitness program just for you & your goals. Whether it's weight management, strength & toning, sports performance, rehab & pre/ante/post natal, or setting out healthy lifestyle plans, 1 on 1 Personal Training is all about you & your needs, goals & achievements.
Small Group Personal Training
Maybe you have some friends, family members or work collegues that would like to train with you...that's great! Not only are you sharing the benefits of being fit & healthy but they can also share the cost of the session. This may enable you to train more frequently. These session numbers are capped at 8 as this allows us to treat you all as individuals with personal needs & goals.
Large Group Mobile Training
We also offer large indoor or outdoor training sessions for schools, Shire Councils, sporting clubs, promotional events & workplaces. We provide all the equipment, plan & deliver the session at a time & place to suit you.
Ante & Post Natal Personal Training
We are fully qualified to deliver a training presciption to suit your needs whether you are planning for a family, currently expecting or have finished your preganancy. We emphasize a healthy diet & exercise regime & specialize in post Caesarian Section & Diastasis Recti cases.
Sports Conditioning & Physical Entrance Testing
Our trainer is a qualified Road & Track Cycling Coach & Strength & Conditioning Coach who continues to coach, train & race in Track Cycling & Powerlifting. Samantha will be happy to share her knowledge & expertise in various sporting fields.
We also offer preparation training for career based physical entrance testing(Beep Test, Illinois Agility etc).
